Ladies Box4fitness Bootcamp Cardiff is for anybody interested in a weight loss program that provides intensity and variety through a combination of Bootcamp workouts guaranteed to be both challenging and fun.

Boxing is a great way to improve fitness, tone muscle, develop hand-eye coordination, lose weight and ??? a whole new and improved well being.

You will learn all the skills of a professional boxer – How to punch, Technique, Footwork, punching combinations, general fitness, how to improve and develop stamina.

Each session lasts 60mins.

Each individual session is varied starting with a 10min warm up, followed by a conditioning workout using boxing pads, boxing bags, lightweights, body weight exercises, cardio exercises, press ups, squats, sit ups followed by flexibility stretches.

Box4fitness Bootcamp Cardiff combines both indoor and outdoor training sessions throughout the year.


Monday: 7.15pm – 8.15pm

Wednesday: 7.15pm – 8.15pm
